This is the Flat Fiber thrust washer that goes under the Axle spider gear on all MGA, MGB Banjo Axle and MGB Tube Axles. When these get worn out the small spider gears move slightly and you get the dreaded “Clunk” when you start out or put the MG in reverse. Two are needed per differential, they are not much money but make a big difference in your well being. Cross Reference 267-140
